We've tried it all the tricks in  the  book to lose excess  weight and acquire healthy. I have done Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, and also the Subway diet. Somehow, none of these diets worked for me until i then found out about the Paleo diet or higher specifically the Paleo Recipe Book.
